Yamaha M5J. This popular small Yamaha upright model is well-liked for its light, even action, and has a warm clear tone quite different to the taller U1 model. This makes it well suited to placing in a smaller space. The mahogany casework on our example has slight fading mainly to the bass side but looks very attractive overall.
