F. Stichel, Leipzig: This very large upright has a tone superior to many small grands, due to its considerable height (4' 8", 142cms) and excellent build quality. The burr walnut case has elaborately carved features and is in excellent original condition. Although it still plays well, a full mechanical restoration is planned.
